Q: Why can’t I open external files?

A: Read the following direction and you will find it's very easy to do.

I added a hyperlink to link to the external files in flash album, but when I click on it, nothing’s opened. Is this feature available or not? I was trying to open a document.

To open external files in flipping book, you have to make sure that the file you are opening is in the “file” folder, not root or other folders. And the feature is available in .html and .zip output type only.
